Inspection
First, We come to your facility to inspect the space and equipment in question. (In the case of a new construction, plans can simply be mailed to our office for review. We work directly with your general contractor during installation phases) |

Documentation
After the initial inspection (or plans are received), you will be sent a fully documented estimate from our office outlining our recommendation(s). This part of the process usually takes approx 3-5 business days, but may take longer, based on the complexity of the design. |

Review
Once your estimate is sent out, you will be contacted by one of our representatives within a few days to make sure we included everything you were looking for. |
|
|
Accept/Decline
Due to the volatility of the A/V market, prices quoted are guaranteed for a period of 30 days. It is during this period that you will have the opportunity to accept or decline our bid at the rate quoted. |
|
|
Refund
Once our bid is accepted, and all work is performed, we will refund the charge for the estimate back to your account in the form of a credit toward your final bill, making your estimate absolutely FREE! |
